The Cure opened the 19th EXIT Festival

Many in Serbia have been waiting for years and even decades. Spectacular performance of the British band The Cure caused an avalanche of emotions of tens of thousands of visitors, and announced the beginning of the evening filled with positive energy on the opening of the 19th Exit festival. The concert of the legendary band lasted for two and a half hours, and hits were coming one after another – Pictures of You, High, Never Enough, In Between Days, Boys Don’t Cry…

After the memorable festival experience that Robert Smith made for fans of pop-rock sound, electronic sound ruled the stage coming from today’s biggest hit maker – Lost Frequencies, following with Filatov & Karas and Two Pauz.

On 40 stages and zones all over Petrovaradin fortress stars as Maceo Plex, Charlotte de Witte performed, as well as ska legends The Selecter and many others, and the greatest night in the history of the festival was closed in grand style at Dance Arena by the most popular DJ of all times, Carl Cox.
